Ranftl-Wekutec is a plastics engineering and construction tools with headquarters in Monaco of Bavaria, which provides the production tools and plastic molds for major automobile manufacturers, utilities and automotive equipment manufacturers sport in Europe. Under the cooperation agreement, Ranftl-Wekutec produce plastic injection molds used in the production of the plastic property of their Starcase. ATI and near anticipate Ranftl expertise in mass production combinations of normalization Wekutec hard and soft plastics for the successful introduction of the beverage packaging industry Starcase Union. After reaching a final agreement Ranftl-Wekutec start producing tools and equipment for the production of standardized production system Starcase ensure that high quality and consistent standard of production is maintained worldwide. Ranftl-Wekutec, ATI and near anticipate reaching a final agreement of cooperation on 30 June 2002, they expect to close it again to achieve their goals production in 2002. Under the production agreement, Rantfl-Wekutec become the exclusive manufacturer of plastic cover Starcase new closure for distribution in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
